Shipping Policy  

We use New Zealand Post and dispatch once payment has cleared, when using a credit card your order will be dispatched the following working day.

Shipping Type available:

$4.00 - NZ Post tracked for small items (3-5 business days) - Use this Shipping for Accesories only

$7.00 - NZ Post tracked (3-5 business days)

$8.50 - NZ Post Courier (next business day)

$10.00 - NZ Post Rural Tracked

$17.00 - NZ Post International

Payments, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

How To Return An Item

Please place order carefully as we do not refund, however, we will exchange any damaged goods or if there has been an error in order as long as items are unused and in as new condition.

We must be notified within 10 days of received order for this to comply.

Please contact us to request an exchange and return the item to the address that we will provide. Include in your package the original receipt. 

Since we cannot be responsible for parcel lost on route to us, we strongly recommend that you use trackable post to ensure safe delivery.

You will have to pay for return shipping to us. 

We will ship an exchanged item back to you for free. 

Return Exceptions 

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shoes Products

These are items that are not in stock at Choleetos and they are made only by order and imported from overseas. The ETA for this product is 4 to 5 weeks.

For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate this timeline for delivery, Choleetos advises you not to place your order to avoid any frustration. 

 

Ordering, Processing and Payment

To confirm your order you must:

  • Place an order for the product you want and make an immediate full payment of the product price as specified on the relevant product page.
  • When pre-ordered items have arrived in NZ, you will receive an email from Choleetos at your registered email address, letting you know that your product has arrived and the item will be shipped to you.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order for any reason. If we do so, we will refund your full payment by the same payment method you used when making your payment.

 

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Shipping costs will be added to the price at check out.

 

ETA

Estimated Time of Arrival is: 4 to 5 weeks.

This is based on the shipment schedule of our selected courier which (although reliable) can change unexpectedly. If there are any changes to this ETA, customers will be notified as soon as Choleetos becomes aware. 

 

Cancellation

Ordered items are considered sold. Payments are non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for other items.

 

Return / Refund Policy

  • Refunds for non-faulty product: If the shoes you ordered are the wrong size for you or they don’t fit well, you have FIVE days from the date you received the item to return it and get a full refund by the same payment method you used when making your payment. The shoes and sole must be as in new condition. Since we cannot be responsible for parcel lost on route to us, we strongly recommend that you use trackable post to ensure safe delivery. You will have to pay for return shipping to us. 

To avoid disappointments, please measure your foot carefully and compare it to the internal measurement of the shoe shown next to the EU sizing (in cm).

  • Refunds or exchanges in the case of a faulty product: You have TEN days from the date you received the item, to return it and get a full refund if the product is:
    • faulty or otherwise damaged when you received it; or
    • it does not correspond to the description on our website.
  • Return Exceptions: Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
